Since our lanterns are used across varied conditions, we are unable to offer warranty on them.

While each product is carefully inspected before packaging, in the misfortune of it getting damaged during transit, hold the shipment along with the cartons and packaging material and notify us (in case of UPS) or the carrier (for any other delivery service). 1. Turn off the lantern/ fixture and let it cool down for 15 minutes.
2. Use a dry cloth to remove the dust off copper and brass fixtures or a lightly damp towel to clean them.
3. The glass panes can be removed and cleaned using glass cleaner.
4. Make sure everything is completely dry before switching on the lantern.
