Do you offer customization?

Yes. No matter your lighting needs, we offer all kinds of customizations for lanterns and lighting fixtures. You can find the customization options in the Architects and Designers section on our website.

Can you send me a physical catalog?

A physical catalog can be delivered by requesting it at information@newstamplighting.com. You can even download a digital version of our catalog here.

Will Newstamp Lighting help me select the right fittings?

Of course! You can learn more about finalizing lighting fixtures on the Architects and Designers section of our website. Additionally, we provide AutoCAD drawings, 3D drawings, and electrical plans of fixtures to make selecting the right ones easier and seamless.

What is the warranty policy for your lanterns?

Since our lanterns are used across varied conditions, we are unable to offer warranty on them.

When will I receive my order?

You will receive your order within 1-8 business days after it has been dispatched. Customized orders take around 20 working days to be shipped. You can find out more with our Shipping Policy.

Do you offer installation services?

As we’re unable to deploy our skilled craftsmen in every location, we’re cannot offer installation services at the moment.

What is your returns policy?

Returns are only applicable on Standard orders (custom orders are not refundable) and orders that have written authorization from the factory. Learn more here.

I received a damaged item. What do I do?

While each product is carefully inspected before packaging, in the misfortune of it getting damaged during transit, hold the shipment along with the cartons and packaging material and notify us (in case of UPS) or the carrier (for any other delivery service). I’m a lighting contractor/ architect/ project manager and would like to install/ restore lanterns for my project. How do I contact you?

How do I maintain my lanterns?

1. Turn off the lantern/ fixture and let it cool down for 15 minutes.

2. Use a dry cloth to remove the dust off copper and brass fixtures or a lightly damp towel to clean them.

3. The glass panes can be removed and cleaned using glass cleaner.

4. Make sure everything is completely dry before switching on the lantern.
